Hello! I'm Paul Neal
I’m not your typical HR consultant. I’ve spent over 20 years working in the thick of it, leading people strategy, culture change and complex organisational challenges in public, private and voluntary settings.
No templates. No tick-boxes. Just real experience, applied well.
I’ve worked alongside leaders through tough restructures, cultural repair jobs and fast-paced growth, helping them make confident decisions that balance people, purpose and performance.
What sets me apart is how I work. I get straight to the heart of the matter, avoid jargon, and bring solutions that are actually usable. I don’t sit on the sidelines. I get stuck in, ask the difficult questions, and back leaders to do the right thing, not just the easy thing.
Leadership takes courage, clarity and care. That’s the approach I take to HR.
